About the Role: 
We’re seeking a highly organised and experienced HRIS Project Coordinator to support the successful implementation and optimisation of our new Human Resources Information System. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with others, and has experience improving HR processes through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
 <li>Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with People &amp; Capability Manager and external vendors.</li>
 <li>Support change management and communication plans to ensure smooth adoption across the organisation.</li>
 <li>Assist with data migration, system testing, and user acceptance activities.</li>
 <li>Maintain project documentation including meeting notes, action items and status reports. &nbsp;</li>
 <li>Provide administrative support to the project team and contributes to training of others.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
About you:
<ul>
 <li>Proven experience in project coordination with HRIS platforms and the implementation process.&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.</li>
 <li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.</li>
 <li>Ability to problem solve and analytical thinking</li>
 <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project)&nbsp;</li>

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HRIS Project Coordinator to help deliver and enhance our new Human Resources Information System. 

HRIS Project Coordinator

&nbsp;We are seeking an experienced, full-time Class 5 Operator to join our established team of drivers based in Milton. The role involves transporting construction equipment and materials throughout New Zealand. Due to the nature of the work, occasional overnight stays away from home will be required. You will be a competent operator who takes pride in your work.&nbsp;
Skills You Will Need
Being an integral member of our team, you will have experience carrying a variety of loads within our construction business.&nbsp;
Additionally, we will be looking for the following attributes from candidates:&nbsp;
· A full Clean Drivers Licence with Class 5&nbsp;
· Knowledge of Code of Practice for safe loading of heavy vehicles&nbsp;
· A great listener who is keen to learn&nbsp;
· Excellent communication skills&nbsp;
· Ability to maintain appropriate documentation&nbsp;
· Be physically fit&nbsp;
· Strong organisation skills&nbsp;
