Calder Stewart ReoXpress

Calder Stewart’s ReoXpress division plays an important role in supplying the steel reinforcing needs of both the construction and precast divisions. It also operates, when conditions warrant, as a supplier to outside customers 

About the Role

Due to forecasted workloads our division is growing and we now have the opportunity for a Detailer to join our great team. As a ReoXpress Detailer you will be responsible for the calculations, detailing and documentation of exact bill of material requirements.

The successful candidate will get to work with a wide range of construction professionals from project managers to onsite construction staff and suppliers. This could be a great opportunity for a QS graduate or similar to secure a role in our industry.

Skills and Attributes

To be our successful candidate you will ideally have a sound background in the construction industry or alternatively have the following:   

• Experience with Graphcio detailing software or AutoCAD
• Practical skills in mathematics and calculations which translates to accuracy and measurement
• High attention to detail and ability to interpret and read drawings to determine required quantities with minimal error
• The ability to work effectively within a team
• A natural ability to establish and build long-term working relationships with all stakeholders
