&nbsp;We are looking for a motivated part-time Administrator within our Plant and Logistics team to support the team during a 12-month maternity leave cover.&nbsp;This role requires the ability to proactively manage your workload and provide administrative support which includes assisting with health and safety documentation, insurance claims and monthly invoice processing. Additionally, you will have the ability to multitask and support our broad range of general administrative duties.&nbsp;This will be a busy and varied role and you will be tasked to ensure administration functions are carried out to a consistently high level, provide quality administration, excellent customer service and support services to our team members.Skill &amp; AttributesYou need to be able to think on your feet and work well under pressure. You will need to be a natural organiser, a good problem solver and importantly have a good sense of humor. You will additionally have the following skills and attributes:&nbsp;
<ul>
 <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Word and Excel, and knowledge of &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Microsoft AX&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Organised, efficient and pro-active</li>
 <li>Proven organisational skills along with the ability to establish priorities and &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;meet deadlines whilst maintaining the highest level of accuracy and &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;confidentiality</li>
 <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;wide range of people</li>
 <li>Experience with accurate data entry and administration support</li>
 <li>Ability to self-manage</li>
 <li>Current Drivers Licence</li>
 <li>A basic understanding of the construction industry is advantageous</li>
