About the Role 

The Personal Assistant role is a new position primarily supporting our Area Manager together with several of our construction senior leaders.  Based at our Christchurch office, you will provide high level support in a strategic and practical capacity.    

The key duties and responsibilities include diary and email management, preparing high-level documentation, managing, scheduling, and arranging meeting and events. You will also support internal and external communications for the region and assist on various internal projects.

We are looking for a down to earth, energetic, and self-sufficient excellent communicator, who has lots of initiative and motivation. Experience in working within a senior management structure and strong knowledge with systems and software.
