Delivered for Calder Stewart Property, the 13 Quadrant Drive project was a full design and build commercial development completed over a six month period.

The 13 Quadrant Drive project is situated on a 3,848m² site, the build includes a 2,000m² high-stud warehouse, a 200m² modern office space, a 647m² canopy for covered loading and operations, and a 531m² carpark designed to support functionality and ease of access.

Despite a tight programme and the added complexity of building through the winter months, the team maintained excellent momentum onsite. Careful planning and close coordination with subcontractors and suppliers ensured the project ran smoothly, without delays or cost overruns. The result was a seamless delivery - completed a week ahead of schedule and on budget, with no issues raised.
